Registration AFTER May 15, 2020: Full payment is due upon enrollment for any camp that has openings. No camper will be allowed to participate unless all fees have been paid and all health forms submitted in full.
Refund Policy: If you have to cancel your camp registration for any reason ON or BEFORE Friday, May 29, 2020, you will be issued a camp VOUCHER less a $125 administrative fee and any Resident Camper deposit amounts, valid for two (2) years from the date of issuance. Your VOUCHER is transferable to any family member and good for any USJDP program. If you should cancel AFTER Friday, May 29, 2020, no VOUCHER will be issued and all monies paid will be forfeited. Cash refunds will be given only if you have purchased Cancellation Protection as outlined below. No cash refunds or VOUCHERS will be given for willful absences, no-shows, or expulsions. No cash refunds or VOUCHERS will be issued for Resident Camper deposit amounts.
Cancellation Protection: The USJDP offers our camp families "piece-of-mind" Cancellation Protection for $125 per camp, due at the time of registration. Cancellation Protection entitles you to a REFUND of camp fees paid to date, not including monies paid for the Cancellation Protection fee, a $100 administrative fee and any Resident Camper deposit amounts, should you cancel your camp registration ON or BEFORE Friday, May 29, 2020. Should you cancel your camp registration AFTER Friday, May 29, 2020, and before camp starts on Tuesday, June 16, 2020, we will give you a VOUCHER for all camp fees paid to date, not including the Cancellation Protection fee, $100 administrative fee and any Resident Camper deposit amounts, valid for two (2) years from the date of issuance. Once camp starts on Tuesday, June 16, 2020 all Cancellation Protection policies expire. Your VOUCHER is transferable to family members and good for any USJDP program.
Injury Policy: Injuries can be a natural occurrence in a contact sport such as hockey and because of this we cannot issue refunds for injuries. Additionally, refunds will not be granted for injuries occurred at other camps and try-outs prior to the start of this camp. It is the players responsibility to show up to camp in shape physically and ready to compete.
Players will be on the ice 4 hours per day and in the DU Varsity Weight room for another 3 hours per day. It is expected that since you applied to the camp, and were subsequently accepted, that you are self-driven (we are not babysitters), looking for a camp with an intense focus, and that you are physically, and mentally, prepared for the daily rigors of this program.
Acceptance emails will be sent upon registration.
